 CONDITIONS OF TRAVEL The conditions apply to purchase of flight ticket by persons over 18 years of age.
Reservations
as a customer makes on the booking engine itself is free of charge. If
you choose not to book your flight ticket on-line, but ask us to do
throughout your booking charges a booking fee of 300 SEK.
When
paying by credit card there will be charge of 90 SEK. There may be
changes in the price that Volandoresor cannot influence. The
reservation is not binding until the flight ticket is fully paid for.
By
payment means purchase on-line or deposit on our bank account/bankgiro.
Before that is done both parties may cancel the reservation
without any cost.
Most tickets should be paid at the same time the
reservation is made according to airline rules. Volandoresor cannot
give any ticket to the customer until the ticket is fully paid.
By
paying the ticket you agree with the conditions of travel. The airlines
also have the right to cancel and change the air fares until the ticket
is fully paid and issued. If you paid for a trip and the airlines
company cancel the booking, we refundable the travel price to the
customer.
If you don’t pay the ticket in time, the reservation is considered cancelled.
Depending
on ticket type there are two different ways to receive the ticket. If
you choose e-ticket there are no extra charges, since it is sent to you
by e-mail and you print it out by yourself. If you choose an ordinary
paper ticket we will send it to you against a fee of SEK 125 - 299
depending on what airline you have chosen.
We send all mail by
post to customers as express mail against a fee of SEK 150 for the time
being. This is done to be able to trace the mail in case it gets lost.
If
a loss of ticket isn’t mentioned at least 7 days before departure,
Volandoresor takes no responsibility for possible extra charges.
