 PASSPORT/VISA Remember that the passport is a document of value. If the passport is torn in any way, make sure to get a new passport in time.
It
is NOT permitted to try to mend the passport under any circumstances
for example with glue or adhesive tape. It may stop you to travel.
It
is of outmost importance that you have checked the requirements and
regulations that are valid for the country or countries you are going
to visit. It is your responsibility to make sure that you have all
necessary documents before departure. Volandoresor takes no
responsibility if you donīt have a valid passport/visa at the time of
travelling.
Check
that your passport is valid. Some countries demand that the passport is
valid 6 months after the date of your return flight. Passport with
photo is also required for infants.
To be able to enter some countries a visa is required. For more information, click here! Also be aware of that some countries have special rules if there are stamps in your passports from certain other countries.
Anyone who is not able
to complete his journey because of lack of valid documents
(passport/visa/return ticket e t c) takes full economic responsibility
for possible costs. If you have any doubts or questions, contact the
embassy of the country concerned. If an accident would happen to you,
if you loose your passport or if you would need any legal aid e t
c, then you should contact the Swedish Embassy
at your destination.
A new, safer passport is introduced on October 1st 2005
ŧ The passport photo is taken at the police office at the same time the passport application is made.
ŧ The price is SEK 400 including photo and the validity is for 5 years.

Passports issued before October 1st 2005 may be used through out their
validity and donīt need to be
changed.
PASSPORT/VISA RULES TO THE USA
All passengers must have a valid machine readable passport otherwise you must apply for a visa at the American Embassy.
From
January 12th 2009 passengers travelling to the US must register their
entry date. Once you have passed registration successfully you are
permitted to enter the US unlimited times for two years.
Please
note that it is the travellerīs responsibility to register and if you
donīt do this than you will be refused to enter the USA.
Volandoresor takes no responsibility in case the passenger hasnīt made the application.
All
eligible travelers who wish to travel under the Visa Waiver Program
must apply for authorization using the following process:

System for Travel Authority.
