offers you to buy regular flights as well as send money transfers
worldwide. Since you do the work yourself through to find, book and pay
for your trip/transfer directly on our site, we can make it much
cheaper for you. This website contains cookies. A cookie is a

use cookies so that the web site may perform satisfactory. If you donīt

is topical and correct. Volandoresor not warrant or accept any
responsibility for any technical problems or losses that may occur due
to operation problems beyond our control, including direct and indirect
damage by third parties. All material on this website is protected by
the law of copyright. That means that you may under no circumstances

Volandoresor takes no responsibility for unforeseen events such as for
example airline strikes, lost baggage, cancelled flights or delays
caused by the airline. It is up to the airline to care for the best
solution for the customer, who also of course may contact Volandoresor
for help. § 2 The responsibility of Volandoresor is to make a correct booking according to the customers wish and to issue the ticket. § 3 The ticket is a contract between the traveller and the airline. The ticket is personal and may not be made over to third part. § 4
If the customer wishes to do any changes in the ticket after the ticket
has been issued it may be done only according to airline rules . § 5 The airline may change rules and prices without warning. § 6 If you make any double booking the airline may cancel all your bookings without contacting us or you first! § 7
Volandoresor takes no responsibility for price errors made by the
airlines, price changes, technical problems, computer failure and
changes made beyond our control. If anything would go wrong we will
contact you within 24 hours on weekdays. § 8
We have a regular correspondence with our customers by e-mail.
Therefore it is important that you give us your correct e-mail so that
we may contact you in case of any schedule changes. § 9 It is the customers responsibility to make sure that he has a valid passport and necessary visas. § 10
Volandoresor takes no responsibility if the trip is cancelled due to
strikes, environmental disasters, war or similar incidents.
COMPLAINTS
We hope you wonīt find any reason for complaints. If however there is a
reason, the complaint must be written and forwarded to us no later than
10 days after the trip has ended. Complaints coming in later than that
will not be taken into consideration. In a case where the customer has
complaints about the airline, Volandoresor will forward the complaint
to th airline concerned. If the customer shouldnīt be satisfied of
something then he should always tell Volandoresor about it in good time
ahead. Volandoresor will do all possible to help in the matter,but
following airline rules.
