 CANCELLATION PROTECTION If you for some reason are unable to travel as planned, because of
illness, accident or other unforeseen event you can get your money back
if you buy a cancellation protection.
Medical
certificate is needed. If you don’t cancel your ticket before departure
we are unable to give you any money back. Cancellation must be made 48
hours prior to departure and is made by e-mail to info@volandoresor.se or by phone 08-333 600. Cancellation coming to Volandoresor after the trip departure will not be accepted.
We
therefore recommend you to sign a cancellation protection with our
partner Europeiska travel insurances. The cancellation protection must
be signed at the moment of booking and the premium is 6% of the total
ticket price. In case of cancellation or change of a booking, a fee of
SEK 600 per ticket is charged plus the fees that the airline charge for
refunds/changes. Cancellation of the ticket close to departure outside
our opening hours contacts the airline directly.
